- Part 1 and Part 2 of 11th Online Registration
- 10th Original Leaving Certificate
- B/W Photocopy of 10th Leaving Certificate.
- B/W Photocopy of 10th Marksheet.
- B/W Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
- Original Minority Certificate or Affidavit. (For Minority Students Only) * Original 10th Marksheet and Undertaking.
